Jubilee Radio Receives Laptop Donation from USA-Based Roger Kwadzogah

DZODZE, Aug. 7, 24HourNews – Jubilee Radio, a community radio station serving parts of the Ketu North Municipality, has received a donation of two laptops from Mr. Roger Kwadzogah, a native of the area currently based in the USA.

The donation was presented to management of the station this week as part of Mr. Kwadzogah’s personal contribution to strengthening information dissemination and community engagement in Ketu North.

Speaking after receiving the items, management of Jubilee Radio said the support will significantly enhance the station’s capacity to deliver timely news, improve programme production, and serve listeners more effectively.

“The generous support will enhance the station’s capacity to deliver timely information, serve the community more effectively, and continue playing its important role in local development,” a statement from the station read.

The station noted that the laptops will be deployed to support news gathering, content production, and digital record keeping, areas that are critical to the day-to-day operations of a community radio station.

Jubilee Radio expressed appreciation to Mr. Kwadzogah for the thoughtful gesture and his continued commitment to supporting community media and local development initiatives.

Community members have also welcomed the donation, describing it as a boost to efforts aimed at keeping residents informed and connected.
