Accra, Oct. 1 – Minister for Sports and Recreation, Kofi Adams, is scheduled to hold a crunch meeting with the President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku, tomorrow.
The high-stakes meeting is expected to focus on pressing issues affecting Ghana football and the management of the country’s sporting infrastructure.
Sources close to the Ministry say discussions will centre on recent developments within the football ecosystem and the need for closer collaboration between government and the GFA to restore public confidence in the sport.
The meeting comes at a time when Ghana football has come under intense public scrutiny following concerns over facility management and accountability at the National Sports Authority.
More details on the agenda and expected outcomes are expected after the engagement.
