New NHIA Office In Dzodze Set To Bring Healthcare Coverage Closer To Ketu North Residents

Residents of Ketu North Municipality will soon access National Health Insurance services in a more comfortable and efficient environment as the NHIA prepares to open its new municipal office in Dzodze.

The facility, nearing completion, is designed to handle the increasing number of clients seeking registration, renewals, and claims in the area. With its modern layout, grey metal roofing, cream walls, large windows for ventilation, and designated parking, the office is expected to reduce congestion and long wait times experienced at the old location.

According to NHIA officials, the upgrade forms part of broader efforts to decentralize services and strengthen healthcare infrastructure in the Volta Region. The building also features secure fencing and a reception area intended to make client interactions smoother.

Municipal authorities are expected to join NHIA leadership for the official commissioning in the coming days.

Health officials say bringing services closer to Dzodze and nearby towns will improve turnaround times for card processing and ensure residents get timely support under the National Health Insurance Scheme.
