Keta MP Hon. Dzudzorli Kwame Gakpey Commends Roads Minister Over US $500m Rural Roads Deal

The Member of Parliament for Keta, Hon. Dzudzorli Kwame Gakpey, has expressed appreciation to the Minister for Roads and Highways, Hon. Kwame Governs Agbodza, for securing major road investment for the Volta Region.

In a message of appreciation, Hon. Gakpey said on behalf of the people of Keta Constituency and the entire Volta Region, he extends heartfelt gratitude to the Minister for his unwavering commitment to improving road infrastructure across the region.

“The inclusion of the Volta Region in the US$500 million financing arrangement for rural road improvement is a significant step toward addressing our road infrastructure challenges,” he stated.

According to the MP, the intervention will enhance connectivity, facilitate trade, improve access to essential services, and stimulate socio-economic development across Keta and the wider Volta Region.

“We are deeply grateful for your visionary leadership, dedication, and commitment to the development of our region. May God richly bless you and grant you greater strength as you continue to serve Ghana,” Hon. Gakpey added.
