“I Don’t Think the Coach’s Resignation Is Part of Today’s Result” — Freeman Loso

Dzodze, Oct. 4, 24HourNews – Public Relations Officer of Division One League side Nukunu FC, Freeman Loso, has dismissed suggestions that the resignation of the club’s former coach contributed to the team’s latest defeat.

According to Loso, the result on the day should not be linked to the coach’s departure, noting that the players rather showed signs of improvement on the pitch despite the setback.

“I don’t think the coach’s resignation is part of today’s result. The players showed improvement,” he said.

He further disclosed that the club’s management is actively working on appointing a new head coach to take charge of the team, but emphasized that they are not rushing the process.

Loso said management wants to take its time to make the right appointment to ensure stability and progress for the club in the ongoing Division One League season.

Nukunu FC are currently competing in their debut season in the Division One League and are focused on staying competitive and surviving the campaign.
