New York, Sept. 22, 24HourNews – The Member of Parliament for Ketu North, Hon. Eric Edem Agbana, says he is currently in New York participating in the ongoing 81st United Nations General Assembly.
In a statement, the MP disclosed that he is privileged to be engaging in key side events focused on Education, Youth Development, and the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping the future of development and governance.
According to him, he participated in the Accra Reset, a high-level side event hosted by President John Dramani Mahama, which brought together political leaders, policymakers, investors and development partners to deliberate on the theme “Full Circle: Making Global Development Work Again.”
He said discussions at the event centred on building stronger institutions, fostering practical partnerships and creating a more effective global development architecture.
Hon. Agbana noted that leadership in the 21st century requires a deeper understanding of global trends, stronger networks and the capacity to translate international conversations into practical solutions at home.
“I am here to learn, engage, contribute and build relationships that can open new opportunities for Ketu North and Ghana,” he said.
He assured his constituents that his participation in the global event would yield positive outcomes for the constituency, adding, “Dear Ketu North, More to Come….”
