Debutants Take Positives From Away Draw In Division One Opener – Edem Agbana

Hon. Agbana was reacting after his side held Nania FC to a 0-0 draw in their opening fixture of the 2025/26 Access Bank Division One League.

The debutants put up a resilient performance on the road to secure a valuable point against the experienced Nania side.

According to Hon. Agbana, securing a point away from home as newcomers in the Division is an encouraging start and shows the team’s readiness to compete at this level.

He commended the technical team and players for their discipline and determination and expressed optimism about the club’s prospects in the season ahead.

Agbana FC will now shift focus to their next fixture as they look to build on the solid start to their maiden Division One campaign.
