Central Tongu, Aug. 13, 24HourNews – Volta Regional NPP Organizer Hopeful, Wotordzor Godson, has honoured former Central Tongu Constituency Chairman, Ruben Dorcoo, popularly known as Capt. Amara, for his dedicated service and contributions to the party.
In what he described as “a moment of appreciation and honour,” Mr. Wotordzor presented an appreciation photo frame to Capt. Amara in recognition of his commitment and invaluable contributions to the NPP in Central Tongu Constituency.
Speaking after the presentation, Mr. Wotordzor said party leaders should not have to wait until they are gone before they are shown the respect, honour and appreciation they deserve.
“Let us celebrate and honour those who have served the Party while they are still with us,” he stated.
He described the gesture as “a true celebration of service, sacrifice, dedication and leadership” and said it forms part of his vision of bringing “New Energy, New Direction” to the Volta Regional NPP.
Mr. Wotordzor is contesting for the Volta Regional Organizer position of the NPP ahead of the party’s upcoming regional elections.
