Ablakwa Donates 100 Chest Freezers To Juapong Market Women Ahead Of New Mahama 24-Hour-Economy Market

The MP for North Tongu, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has donated 100 chest freezers to market women in Juapong.

The donation was made yesterday to support the traders as they are temporarily relocated to pave the way for the construction of the new Mahama 24-Hour-Economy Market.

According to the MP, the intervention is to ensure the women can continue their businesses without major disruption during the relocation period.

“The welfare and empowerment of my beloved constituents remains a topmost priority,” Hon. Ablakwa stated.

He added that the new market project is part of government’s broader plan to boost trade, create jobs, and modernize market infrastructure in North Tongu.

The market women expressed appreciation to the MP for the timely support.
