Tadzewu, Ghana -March 27, 2026 – Nukunu Sports Academy has received a significant financial boost from a generous donor, the CEO of Sethport Company Limited, Mr. Seth Dzamesi, further solidifying their preparations for the Volta Region Division Two Sub Middle League.
Mr. Dzamesi supported the supporters union with GHC 5,000.00, the playing body with GHC 10,000.00, and cleared the budget of Ghc 150,000.00 for the upcoming sub-middle league, making his total donation GHC 165,000.00.
“I am here today to visit my brother Hon. Eric Edem Agbana, I have seen that he’s doing well with his Nukunu Sports Academy so I came to support him with some 10 pieces footballs and cash amount of GHC 165,000.00,” Mr. Dzamesi said during his visit.
The support is seen as a major endorsement of the club’s efforts to develop young talent and promote sports in the region. The club’s management expressed gratitude to supporters for their vital role in the team’s outstanding performance in the Volta Region Division Two League.
Nukunu Sports Academy secured first place in their zone, earning a spot in the Volta Region Division Two Sub Middle League, scheduled to commence in April. President Eric Edem Agbana thanked Chief Executive officer of the Sethport Company Ltd, Mr Seth Dzamesi for his support, assuring the team will work hard to capitalize on this opportunity and achieve success in the upcoming competition.
“The support from our donor is a significant morale booster for the team,” Agbana said. “We are grateful for his belief in our efforts to develop young talent and promote sports in the region. We will work diligently to make him proud and bring success to Nukunu Sports Academy.”
